Artist Studios

In a nod to the thriving arts scene of the North Shore, another exciting element of the Beverly Village community is our six Artist Live/Work studios. These apartments do not have any age or income restrictions and carry a priority preference for Artists. All of these Live/Work studios are outfitted with the same great features and amenities as the other apartments in the community, plus additional space for creating art. There is no requirement for the Artist's household to use the space to create art; however, any artistic use of the space must be compatible with residential living.
