How to Apply
Beverly Village for Living & the Arts will be accepting applications from September 1, 2023 until March 1, 2024 for the Housing Lottery for 85 studio and one-bedroom apartments for income-qualified residents. To qualify, the head of household must be 55 years of age or older (for units designated as Low Income Housing Tax Credit [LIHTC]) and 62 years of age or older (for units subsidized by a Project-Based Voucher [PBV]) or a Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program [MRVP]).
HOW TO GET AN APPLICATION
Applications can be picked up at the following locations:- Beverly Town Hall, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA
Beverly Public Library, 32 Essex Street, Beverly, MA
Harborlight Homes, 283 Elliott Street, Beverly, MA (street address only, do NOT mail to this address)
